Had breakfast with Frank Snr, looking out at the Swiss Alps from his balcony on a clear sunny morning. Then evened the scorecard by going over to have lunch with Mutty. We then went across the river to pick up the carpet that Theresa had woven from the wool of our very own alpacas back home in Taggerty – it looks fabulous.

On the way out of Bern, we went to Corcelles (CH) to visit Sarah and Albon and their two boys who were on the barge with us on the Lot. We went over to Estayerac for drinks and then visited the Frog Museum – a most unusual exhibit of old stuff and stuffed frogs in various poses! We had dinner and slept at Sarah & Albon’s.
