Thursday 28 June - cruising to Moissac on a hot French day
Another stinker. Rita went to the market in Castelsarassin, while I did email and some online banking. After feeding the ducks for the umteenth time, we set out after lunch for Moissac. Fairly gentle cruise, passing Tom Hollows skippering Peter Canney's boat (he still has cracked ribs from his fall getting on the boat with arms full of groceries) at Cacor Ecluse. Back in Moissac by five, then off to Carrefour for supplies. We spent another quiet night on board, reading and listening to "Nostalgie" on the radio. Below is a picture of the willows at the Cacor Ecluse, as we gently descend on the way back to Moissac.
