We woke to thunder, which preceded steady morning rain.

Before Sarah & the boys (Theo and Louis) departed, we had a little jam session on the pans, with Sarah, Chantea and Theo playing along. Sarah picked it all up quickly again, while Chantea was a natural on the six-bass. Then it was time for a quick group photo before they headed off in their car and we took Frank and Chanthea to Toulouse airport to catch their flight back to Zurich. By now Frank had a major infection under his chin, so he had booked in to visit the doctor in Bern as soon as possible tomorrow morning.

With all the house guests now gone, it was an oddly quiet night in the house tonight.
