As I got off the plane in Singapore I met up with Susan, who I knew was on my plane, but had not seen her in Barcelona. We chatted for a while during the relatively short stopover in Singapore, then boarded the plane for the final leg of the flight to Melbourne.

At Melbourne airport, we were met by Doug who had driven down from Taggerty to pick us up, and two hours later we were driving under the shadows of the Cathedral Range on the approaches to Taggerty.

It was only at this time that we remembered that tonight was a full lunar eclipse; the sight of the moon above the Cathedral was a great way to be welcomed back home, after a highlight-packed tour of France. But next year, I want to do more barging!
