After some last-minute packing and weighing of bags, I drove Rita to Toulouse Airport for her to catch her flight to Geneva, then train to Bern. After I got back to Moissac, I put all the bicycles into the storage garage (except for the one chained to the barge, for which we couldn’t find the chain key!).

I then did a final inspection of the house and made a TO DO list of all the things that still needed to be done in the house (apart from the obvious things). It was good having the band stay in the house during the tour, since many of them run Bed & Breakfasts in Australia, and they were able to point out various things that needed attention.

Since I was scheduled to leave Moissac early the next morning, I finally got around to doing some packing, so that I could get a good night's sleep.
