Quiet day following up on the aftermath of yesterday’s political events in Australia, then down to marking exams. In the afternoon, we went to Weldom’s to check out paint colours for the house, then back to the house to start laying drip-cloths in preparation. Also spent some time setting up the phone and wifi connections at the house. Pretty simple, even in French. On the way back, dropped by Effie to see if Graham and Linda were interested in getting a pizza for dinner, but they were already preparing a BBQ so we had a quick drink then went off to the Sunbeam Café by ourselves.
